Rob is a trusted leader, change agent and coach who enables people and organizations with embracing Lean-Agile practices to enable and deliver business value. He has more than 20 years of experience serving as a dynamic cross-functional leader with a broad background in consulting, coaching, software product management, business process reengineering and solutions architecture. Rob is an expert at building high-performing, self-organizing Agile teams and aligning leaders to support organizational transformations.

Rob has trained and contributed to Agile transformation engagements ranging from Fortune 500 companies to technology startups with experience leading and coaching product, program and development teams in the banking, health care and insurance industries. Some of his prior clients include Cigna, Health Care Service Corporation, Lowe’s Home Improvement, McKinsey & Co., Perkin Insurance and USAA.
