Kyle is a strategic technical coach whose focus is on helping organizations build better software via social programming techniques, software craftsmanship and development operations. His primary areas of concentration are coaching client teams about better software development practices and leading onboarding and training programs—also in the direction of technical agility.

Kyle has been writing code for 40 years, teaching for 30 years and teaching and coaching eXtreme Programming for 20 years. He excels at helping people at doing better software development. Kyle is a popular speaker at conferences and teaches classes on Agile and programming topics all over the world, from Munich to Mumbai and Indiana to Indonesia.
