About Caroline Nicholl
Caroline has been an executive coach for more than 20 years and provides team coaching, group facilitation and change management consulting across industry sectors in the U.S. and abroad. She has coached managers, high potentials and senior executives with the U.S. Agency for International Development, Defense Intelligence Agency and National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, as well as a variety of private organizations. For seven years, Caroline was the award-winning chair coach/facilitator of chief executive officer groups for Vistage International, the world’s largest CEO membership organization.
She helps clients gain clarity on what’s important to them, their values, strengths, responsibilities and accountability, while supporting focus and resiliency. Caroline’s style is one of collaboration and joint exploration to assist clients build greater self-awareness of what they want to achieve. She draws on neuroscience in her coaching, using positive psychology principles to support their growth.
Prior to coaching and consulting, Caroline was a c-level executive, herself, with a track record of achieving large systems change in the public sector. She is a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation and a certified team coach from Team Coaching International). Caroline received her law degree from the University of Bristol and professional certificates in organizational development from Georgetown University, advanced coaching and mindfulness from George Mason University and change in human systems from CRR Global).
